For many years I tried and failed to quit smoking. Honestly, I did not want to quit. I liked smoking. I liked almost everything about it, if you are a smoker you know what I am talking about.
The last time I quit, for good, something was different. I did not want to be a smoker anymore. I could see that there was another way. I visualized a whole new lifestyle that did not include being a smoker. My mindset had shifted from “this is hard, I am going to pick it up again anyway” to “I can do this because I want this”!
